We had a great experience with Marcin in the sale of our home and in looking to purchase a home. He is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed in home construction and the real estate market. He gives honest advice and feedback and truly tries to understand and respect his clients needs. Marcin is a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond for his clients. Two years ago, Marcin spent a lot of time showing me different properties that I've picked out through Zillow and MLS, and other properties he thought I might like. He helped me get a good feel for what I wanted. Life got in the way, and I couldn't purchase anything. It was a good experience, though.Earlier this year, I worked with Marcin again. We started out looking at some properties across a few different neighborhoods. I had a handful in mind, and Marcin also came up with a few. Marcin and Kathy ended up finding the winning home in the search. Of all the different residences we looked at, Marcin was always patient and candid about everything. He was able to tell me about the drawbacks of certain types of materials and how difficult upkeep would be for different things. My dream has been to install a wet bar, and he would look at where we could tap the nearest water line and how difficult it would be to route through or around the building materials in place. After finding the home we wanted, it went under contract that same day.Marcin and Kathy offered to create flyers for the homes in the area to spur any would-be sellers into action for us. I thought it was the most marvelous thing that anybody could do. They actually found a residence a few doors down that was going to be put up for sale soon, and got us in there on Day 1 to take a look. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I had or hands held by Marcin and Kathy helping us along. They had recommendations of people to work with who ended up beating out the competition I was looking at. They helped keep us informed of the chaotic process that is home buying.I would absolutely recommend Marcin and Kathy to anyone looking to purchase a home. I plan on working with them if I ever move again. They are exceptional people who helped us take a step forward in life.

Very knowledgeable with construction and renovations. Offeres great advise when deciding on home purchase. We were first time home buyers and Marcin took his time and was very patient.

Marcin was very helpful and patient with us throughout our search for a townhouse. It a year to find the right one for us and he helped us by showing many different houses and giving his insights into them. In the end we found a townhouse that we liked very much and he helped us throughout the purchasing process. We bought the townhouse but will be waiting a year until we move into it and will be renting it in the meantime, with which he also helped us. He found potential renters very quickly and we are now renting this property happily. Overall Marcin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of searching and renting the townhouse and we are very happy with our purchase.

Marcin is an extremely patient and experienced realtor. He helped us find our dream condo in the south loop! He helped us negotiate an excellent deal, assisted us in finding a real estate attorney, and was with us every step of the way which was much appreciated because we were first time buyers. He gave us confidence and support in our decisions, and provided critical advice on location, building quality, etc.

Marcin was a great agent from start to finish! As a first time home buyer, the process can be stressful and confusing but Marcin kept me informed and made the process seamless!

My wife and I were first time home buyers and we were referred to Marcin from a friend who had worked with him before and we couldn't have been happier. Marcin and his sister Kathy were very helpful from the very start, they set up a profile for us where we could interface with all of the major online postings as well as some that were not yet posted and from there set up showings for us. The first showings were the morning after we had received 8 inches of snow but Marcin and Kathy were prompt and Kathy even offered to grab us coffee on her way over which was very nice to have on such a cold day. Marcin's eye for remodels and the potential for a house was very reassuring, at our price point there wasn't going to be a perfect house but he helped us see the potential and pitfalls of every house we saw.Once we found our home their knowledge and responsiveness on the process was extremely helpful as we knew nothing, we had a group text chain and they were there for every question we had throughout the process. We had a major hiccup in the underwriting process and we really leaned on Marcin's experience with past deals to talk us down and help us remain calm as we were worried the deal was going to fall through entirely. He worked with other contacts within his network and we were able to move forward with virtually no disruption but for some administrative items on our end.After all was said and done we had our final walk through and closed. Our relationship could have stopped there but they provided us a nice neighborhood guide to help us orient ourselves with the new area as well as a welcome home basket which was a very nice personal touch.
